Looking to increase your athlete's speed, strength & agility?
Then book your Private or Semi-Private (up to 4 athletes at a time) VertiMax session now. These sessions are 40 minutes long, and are customized to the athletes' age, athletic abilities and sport.
What to expect:
VertiMax Athletic Training sessions are designed to maximize explosive power, vertical jump, speed, and agility. With resistance training that mimics sport-specific movements, athletes gain a competitive edge while improving performance and reducing injury risk.
VertiMax Fitness sessions offer a dynamic, low-impact workout that targets strength, stability, and functional movement. Ideal for all fitness levels, this session helps burn calories, build lean muscle, and enhance overall performance in everyday activities.
**Athletes are encouraged to wear sneakers/indoor shoes.
Please note: No cleats are needed for the session as they will be on turf.
