Summer Camp Details

Our Summer Training Camps are designed for boys and girls ages 7–18 who want to build a strong athletic foundation in a fun, supportive environment. Whether your child is just getting started or already has some experience, our program is tailored for beginner to intermediate athletes.

We focus on developing key performance areas including speed, strength, agility, and overall motor skills. Each session is structured to help athletes move better, get stronger, and gain confidence in their abilities.

Athletes will train using the Vertimax system, a resistance band–based training method that helps improve explosive power, acceleration, and jumping ability. This type of training adds controlled resistance to movements, which enhances muscle activation, builds strength without excessive joint stress, and improves coordination and body control.

Training sessions run between 60–80 minutes depending on age group, ensuring the right balance of intensity, learning, and recovery.

All sessions are led by experienced coaches, Coach Rolando and Coach Tory, who are dedicated to helping every athlete improve while keeping the energy positive and motivating.
