What to expect:

Group Fitness Classes By Tory will be high-energy 1 HOUR  workouts that combine strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Participants move through a series of exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups or fitness skills. These classes are designed to improve overall fitness, increase strength, and burn calories, with minimal rest between stations to keep the heart rate elevated. With a sprinkle of Zumba at the end! Get Fit, have Fun, and stay Fabulous!
